Dr. Joshua Bagley
Dr. Bagley received his Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where he was inducted into the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society. He then completed advanced dental training as a General Practice Resident at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. Before taking over at Morris Plains Center for Dentistry, he had been practicing comprehensive general dentistry in multiple private practice settings in New York and New Jersey.
Having grown up watching his father run a dental laboratory, Dr. Bagley knew from a young age that he wanted to explore the field of dentistry. He is passionate about his work and strives to provide the best quality dentistry to all his patients. He believes in the importance of educating patients, explaining treatment options in detail, and including patients in the decision-making process. Dr. Bagley tries to always keep up with the latest dental techniques and incorporate them into his practice. He is committed to providing comfortable and personalized care to all his patients and strives to treat every patient how he would like to be treated.
Dr. Bagley grew up in Queens, New York, and moved to New Jersey upon starting dental school. He currently lives in Bergenfield with his wife and three young kids. When he is not in the dental office, you can find Dr. Bagley spending time with his family, catching up with friends, and rooting for his favorite sports teams.

Dental Hygienist
With over 20 years of experience in dental hygiene, Bella brings both skill and passion to every patient she cares for. A proud graduate of UMDNJ's Dental Hygiene program, she has been a vital part of the Morris Plains Center for Dentistry team for the past 17 years. Her outgoing personality, dedication to patient care, and love for her work make her an invaluable asset to the practice.
Outside the office, Bella enjoys traveling the world and cherishing time with her family. Whether exploring new cultures or connecting with patients, she brings warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism to everything she does.
Samantha
Office Manager
With over five years of experience in dental office management, Samantha brings a strong passion for patient care and practice efficiency to every aspect of her work. Her deep knowledge of both the administrative and clinical sides of dentistry makes her an invaluable asset to any dental team. Known for her warm, people-first approach, she thrives on helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visits.
Samantha's commitment to dentistry goes beyond the office—she genuinely loves the field and continuously seeks ways to improve the patient experience and support her team. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring the outdoors with her beloved dog.
Karina
Dental Assistant
With 17 years of hands-on experience in dental assisting, Karina is a seasoned professional dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care. She is passionate about helping people and takes pride in creating a comfortable, welcoming environment for every patient who walks through the door. Her calm demeanor and skilled approach help ease patient anxiety and ensure a smooth dental experience from start to finish.
Outside of the office, Karina loves spending time with her children and family. Whether relaxing at home or enjoying a day at the beach, she finds joy in life’s simple, meaningful moments.
